Now that you have decided to purchase a tractor mounted backhoe, you have additional considerations. WoodMaxx offers three models of PTO backhoe attachments.
Each model has its own specifications, as well as capabilities, allowing you to select the model that is best suited for your needs. Each backhoe for tractor model features a swing arc of 180 degrees and a bucket rotation of 180 degrees. However, the other capabilities vary by the model.
WoodMaxx's smallest 3 point hitch backhoe is the WM-6600. This 6 foot backhoe has a maximum digging depth of 7 feet, and a 5 foot loading height. The loading reach is 3 feet, 2 inches, and the stabilizer spread in the down position is 6 feet, 6 inches. The bucket cylinder digging force is 2450 lbs., and the dipper stick cylinder force is 1950 lbs. The weight of this model with the bucket is 995 lbs. Finally, the minimum horsepower for this model is 15 PTO HP.
If you need a model that is slightly larger, choose the WM-7600. This tractor backhoe attachment is our 7 foot model. This model has a maximum digging depth of 8 feet, and a 5 foot, 10 inch foot loading height. The loading reach is 3 feet, 7 inches, and the stabilizer spread in the down position is 7 feet, 5 inches. The bucket cylinder digging force is 2840 lbs., and the dipper stick cylinder force is 2005 lbs. The weight of this model with the bucket is 1030 lbs. The minimum horsepower for this model is 20 PTO HP.
Our largest model is the WM-8600. This 3 point hitch backhoe attachment measures 8 feet. The maximum digging depth is 9 feet, and the model has a 6 foot, 1 inch foot loading height. The loading reach is 4 feet, 0 inches, and the stabilizer spread in the down position is 7 feet, 5 inches. The bucket cylinder digging force is 3000 lbs., and the dipper stick cylinder force is 2500 lbs. The weight of this model with the bucket is 1150 lbs. Last, the recommended horsepower for this model is 25 PTO HP.
